Leasowe Lake Light Railway

The LLLR is situated in the beautiful Shropshire Countryside near Bridgnorth.

The track winds around one lake and has a viaduct over a pond.

Cromar white were commissioned to provide the track in 27mm 4lb a yard steel using our recycled plastic sleepers. Approximately 2.5 kilometres of track.

The locomotive is a Roll Models 70 ton in the colours of Wolverhampton Wanderers. The rolling stock consists of three Roll Models gondolas sitting four in each and a stone truck for moving track ballast and logs from the woods

There is a viaduct over a small pond and two stations

Used for day to day relaxation, taking grandchildren around the estate and during garden parties

Built over a three year period with Cromar White rebuilt track panels and point work.

Further work to be under taken includes running the railway to the stable block.
