Cromar White Ltd(CW) and Sister Company Complete Miniature Railways Ltd(CMR) are based in Valley, on the beautiful Island of Anglesey in North Wales.
In 2007 the two companies moved to a new facility on London Road, Valley which has been developed for the companies’ specific market. Track building facilities have been installed along with presses, workbenches and specialist tools, enabling the company to build locomotives in-house. An electronics area has also been installed to cater for the company’s growing range of electronic sound, smoke and signaling systems.
CW is suppliers of miniature railway equipment for ride-on garden, estate, club and commercial installations. It supplies both aluminium and steel rail with all necessary fittings such as fish plates, plastic sleepers, points, point equipment, track screws etc. These can also be supplied in kit form or ready assembled, in gauges 5”, 7¼”, 10¼”, 12”, 15” 18”, and 24”. Other gauges can also be catered for.
It has a large range of locomotives, including steam, diesel, propane, petrol and 24 volt battery electric. We also have a large range of coaches; both ride-in and sit-astride, bogies, electronic controllers and track side signals and structures
CMR specialises in the supply of Miniature and Narrow Gauge Railways to offer turn-key solutions. One of its unique offerings is a rail system for use within shopping malls/centres and stores. CMR is the World wide distributor and installer for Roll Models, North America’s largest producer of Narrow Gauge Railways. Roll Models is a division of Kearney Inc, and is based in Fresno California U.S.A. CMR also works with third party companies to offer a range of railway products to cater for all railway requirements whether track related or not.
